J. Tyler's Keeper mission is to bring awareness, prevent gun violence, and to help those who have lost loved ones due to gun violence. Justin Tyler Sawyer did all things with love, and we want to keep it going in his memory.

ABOUT US
Justin Tyler’s Keeper is an organization founded by Justin Tyler Sawyer's mother, Tracy Jackson , and sister, Lauren Sawyer in memory of Justin Tyler Sawyer.
On December 17, 2020, Justin was kidnapped in Oak Grove, Kentucky. He was not found until March 2, 2021. He was missing for 77 days. His body was found burned in a field in Clarksville,Tennessee. Justin had his own business called, "De La Cruz Inc.," where transportation was one of the many services he offered. His kindness was taken for granted when the men he was giving a ride assaulted, robbed, and killed him.
In 2020, gun violence killed nearly 20,000 Americans, according to data from the Gun Violence Archive, more than any other year in at least two decades. This loss not only took a heavy toll on his family and friends, but also many people in the communities that he grew up in. He impacted people everywhere he went, and made every day of his life count. Our mission is to honor him, keep his name alive, and to help others in the process. We want to keep making every day count, in the name of Justin Tyler Sawyer.
In addition, the impact that Justin left behind influenced a great friend to create the statement "STOWORLD" which deemed the world as his after his death. STOWORLD later turned into a brand where all proceeds go to the J. Tyler's Keeper organization and scholarships.
